We have various account types depending on how you use your account.
All accounts have webmail access which includes anti-spam, forwarding, auto-response and filtering facilities.
Having IMAP/POP3 access means that you can check your email from any compatible mail client (such as Outlook, Thunderbird or MacMail) or mobile device of your choice.
All support is included and conducted via email with all members receiving the same exceptional quality of response.
Support requests for packages Gold and above will benefit from priority response times.
You may upgrade your account at any time, simply by visiting our secure upgrade gateway.

Bolt-on: Email nickname
A nickname is another address that receives email into the same Inbox as your primary email address.You get some of these included with your email account, should you need more they are available.
Handy if you get married and your old surname is part of your current email address or just fancy a different address without the hassle of needing to check more than one email account.

Bolt-on: Simple webhosting
You can optionally add on simple webhosting supporting plain html pages with standard image formats. No server side scripting (eg PHP) or database support.You will be given FTP access to upload and publish pages such as your online CV, personal webpages and photo galleries.
