Online Support : Payments 

BrookesNET allows members to pay using their credit or debit cards online or via a traditional posted cheque. Whatever method you choose (including cheques) you should always go to our online payment page for the latest instructions.

The secure online payment system is found at: http://www.oxfordbrookes.net/payment, which will redirect you to our secure encrypted portal.

In advance of any payment due, you will be emailed with a friendly reminder of what you will be due to pay. We send out several reminders, starting from 4 weeks before the due date.

We also send out late-payment alerts after the due date. If no payment is received 2 weeks after it was due, the account will be suspended. We do NOT delete the account data for a period of some weeks just in case you choose to reactivate.

There is never any obligation to pay outstanding bills. We do not believe in chasing our members for payment and will never send any threatening message asking for such. If you don"t pay it simply indicates that you no longer want the account and it will be closed in due course.

Our reminders are not to pressure you into paying, but to just make sure that you do receive plenty of warning in advance of the due date so that you have enough time to arrange payment. Many of our members travel abroad and they appreciate the early warning and reminders.
